Users have to register to access the Knowledge Base articles and their support tickets.
Go to Paradigm Support
Select Login.
Select Sign up with us button.
- Capture Full name.
- Capture Email (Use email address that you will log support tickets with).
- Tick I'm not a robot.
- Select Register button.
An activation email will be sent to you. Click onto the link provided.
- Enter Password.
- Retype Password.
- Activate and Log in.
You will automatically be logged in. Select See all articles button to access Knowledge Base.
Select My Knowledge Base Articles for any custom/private Knowledge Base articles for your company.
To access support tickets that were submitted, log in to Paradigm Support Desk (Help Centre).
On the homepage, select My Tickets.
Tickets can be monitored by using the drop down menu to show All Tickets, Open or Pending, or Resolved or Closed tickets.
NOTE: The tickets that are viewed are customer specific.
