'Replenishments' is a great tool for catching low stock levels early and reacting quickly to ensure that flow of business continues without delays.
Replenishment Suggestions can flag inventory items from a specified branch or warehouse where the stock's 'Qty On Hand' is low in comparison to it's 'Buffer Level'.
Flagged inventory items will also have a suggested replenishment quantity and a suggested replenishment method. By default the suggested quantity is equal to the 'Buffer Level'. The replenishment method is the transaction type required to acquire more stock. Purchase Orders, Inter-Branch Transfers and Production are the standard replenishment methods.
The user can select which suggestions he/she would like to process. The Replenishments module will now generate all necessary documents.
