Using the Virtual Printing Tool
The 'Virtual Printer Tool' will show your default printer.
If it does not show the printer you want to use, follow the steps below:
- Click on the 'Virtual Printer Tool'
- Select the printer you would like to print from.
In the application you are printing from (Sage50, Paradigm, Word etc.) select 'Virtual Printer'.
Your document will now print to your selected printer.
How To Print With Universal Printing
From the application you wish to print from (Sage50, Paradigm, Word etc.) select 'Universal Printer'.
The system will prompt you to 'Please Wait', while your print job is spooled.
Adobe Acrobat Reader (or whichever PDF reader you have installed) will automatically open, displaying your print job.
From the PDF Reader, you have the option to:
- Save to File
- Print to your printer (Select number of copies you would like to print)
- Attach the PDF to an email
