Using Team Activity Defaults

With team activity defaults, you can set default values for a number of fields. All of these default values will be inherited by every task created within that particular team activity

WARNING: Team Activity Defaults overwrites the field values on all tasks created within the team activity. This includes existing tasks, newly created tasks and tasks which are imported via task templates.

Setting Team Activity Defaults

1. Navigate to Tasks - Processing - Team Activities.

2. Select a specific team activity from the list.

3. Select Settings tab. 

4. Set a default value for all or any of the available fields


All tasks within the team activity will receive the default field values.
