You can import a predefined list of tasks onto any of documents, records and team activities task grids in Paradigm.
1. Open the Import Template dropdown on the task grid toolbar and select the template you want to import.
2. All the task lines and their details as setup in Task Templates will be imported onto the currently active task grid.
