The Working Document is the master document and all related documents like sales opportunities, quotes, invoices etc are linked to the working document. A working document can be captured in Paradigm per job, order or customer depending on the sites requirements.
Examples of Working Documents
Example 1: A site has a 200 truck fleet. Each truck has a working document created and all supporting documents are linked to that specific trucks working document.
Example 2: A site that gets in shipments for sugar. Each shipment has a working document created and all supporting documents are linked to that specific shipments working document.
