Paradigm Support Desk

Each Working Document can have their own set of tasks that are allocated to different users. 

Navigation → Documents → Processing → Working Documents → Select Working Document from List.

  1. Select Tasks tab.
  2. Select icon to add new task.
  3. Capture task.
  4. Assign to user responsible.

CTRL + S shortcut to save or CTRL + Enter short cut to save and close.

NOTE: All tasks on the Linked Documents of a Working Document will also be visible under this tasks tab.
