Creating Tasks and Team Activities

Creating a New Task

Navigation → Tasks → Processing → All Tasks

  1. Add new task using the   icon on toolbar.
  2. Name the task.
  3. Add description.
  4. Assign to person responsible.
  5. Set the 'Task Status' the task will begin on.
  6. Set the 'Due Date' for task completion.
  7. Set whether this task is a 'Site Visit' task or not.
  8. Link to a 'Customer' if necessary.
  9. Link to a 'Team Activity' if necessary.

Press OK and save using the CTRL + S shortcut.

  1. Select the 'Details' tab in window on far right of screen.
  2. Here you can reassign the task if necessary.

Save changes by using save   icon on toolbar or CTRL + S shortcut.

Creating a Team Activity

Navigation → Tasks → Processing → Team Activities

  1. Add a new Team Activity.
  2. Capture Company
  3. Capture Workspace and 
  4. Name the Team Activity.

Select OK and save using the CTRL + S shortcut.

To create 'Workspaces' navigate to Tasks → Maintenance → Workspaces

Click the 'New Workspaces' button   , name the Workspace and save.
