Creating a New Task
Navigation → Tasks → Processing → All Tasks
- Add new task using the icon on toolbar.
- Name the task.
- Add description.
- Assign to person responsible.
- Set the 'Task Status' the task will begin on.
- Set the 'Due Date' for task completion.
- Set whether this task is a 'Site Visit' task or not.
- Link to a 'Customer' if necessary.
- Link to a 'Team Activity' if necessary.
Press OK and save using the CTRL + S shortcut.
- Select the 'Details' tab in window on far right of screen.
- Here you can reassign the task if necessary.
Save changes by using save icon on toolbar or CTRL + S shortcut.
Creating a Team Activity
Navigation → Tasks → Processing → Team Activities
- Add a new Team Activity.
- Capture Company
- Capture Workspace and
- Name the Team Activity.
Select OK and save using the CTRL + S shortcut.
To create 'Workspaces' navigate to Tasks → Maintenance → Workspaces
Click the 'New Workspaces' button , name the Workspace and save.
