My Tasks and All Tasks grids have predefined filters.
All Tasks
This shows all tasks on the currently active grid irrespective of completion status
In Progress Tasks
This shows all tasks on the currently active grid which have been started but not yet completed.
Outstanding Tasks
Shows all tasks on the currently active grid which have not been started yet.
Completed Tasks
Shows all tasks on the currently active grid which have already been completed. Tasks that have been completed will be crossed out. In order for a task to be marked as completed then all necessary Completed checkboxes need to set to true, i.e. Task Completed, Approval Completed, Authorization Completed.

Declined Tasks
This will show all tasks with the 'Declined' status.
