Autofill Working Document Data

When information is required to auto populate from the Working Document through to the linked documents, the Autofill must be selected.  Follow these steps to activate:

Navigation → Administration → Setup → Companies

  1. Double click on the company to change settings.
  2. Select Settings tab.
  3. Tick Autofill Working Document Data and save by using the CTRL + S shortcut. If this is not ticked then all the data must be selected on linked documents and data won't auto populate.  Example of the advantage: If there is a Working Document per customer, the customer will auto populate on the new document being created.

NOTE: If you don't have access to Administration module on the navigation tree, please contact your Administrator to make the necessary changes.
