Documents can have different statuses depending on the site's requirements.
Navigation → Documents → Processing
1. Select document type required. (Example: Quotations) A list view will open up on right side of screen displaying all current documents in the system.
2. Double click to open the required document.
3. Under Current Document Status select applicable status from the drop down menu. (Example: In Progress, Cancelled, Draft) Once change is made, the Status Comments will update automatically.
4. Save using the icon on toolbar or CTRL + S shortcut. To save and close use the icon on the toolbar or CTRL + Enter shortcut.
NOTE: Each company set up in the system can have it's own Document Status. The drop down is dependent on the company selected and the document type. (Example: Quotation, Sales Order) If a new document status is required, it needs to be created.
