Joining a Teams Meeting as an External Guest

Paradigm will send you an email invitation to the meeting.

Click on the 'Click here to join meeting' link provided in the email.

If you wish to continue in the web browser, click 'Cancel' when this message pops up. There is no need to download Microsoft Teams.

The link will take you to your web browser where Microsoft Teams will ask you how you would like to join the meeting. Select 'Continue on this browser'.

If prompted by your Web Browser, select 'Allow' to enable camera and microphone functionality.

Enter your name to be used in the meeting and enable the camera and/or microphone respectively if you wish to have them active as you join. Click 'Join now' to enter the meeting.

If the meeting has not started yet, you will see the screen below. Simply wait here until the meeting begins.
