Screenshots are great for helping a support consultant understand the issue you are experiencing. The more we know the better we can assist.
We do however understand that not all our users are familiar with doing screenshots, so we have outlined below the simpliest method for sending a screenshot.
1. Open up the applicable Paradigm window.
2. Select the Print Screen (PrtScn) button on your keyboard.
3. Open up a new email
4. Right click onto body of email and paste the screen shot.
5. Email [email protected] and give as much reference information as possible for the query.
Please do not cc in any of the Paradigm team when logging a ticket.
