Once you’ve started adding tasks in Paradigm, you can start communicating directly on those tasks by adding discussions. Your workflow will be more streamlined, next steps will be clear, and you’ll be less likely to lose information in the abyss of your email. Start a discussion on any task in Paradigm.
All people involved on the task line will be notified of any new comments that are added.
Start a new discussion
1. Click on a task line where you want to start a discussion.
2. In the right-hand pane where the Task Detail Box appears, select Discussions tab
3. Click on the New button on the Discussions toolbar. Type a comment in the dialogue window which appears and use the shortcut Ctrl+ Enter to save and close the window.
4. View your new comment.
