Collecting Production Issues

Use the Production Issues tab to tell the system all of the raw materials that go into production and all the finished goods that go out of production.

  • Complete To Production

INFO: If you set the Auto Issue field on the production template to true, then the issues to production will be auto populated with items and quantities specified on the production template.

1. To Manually Capture an Issue into Production, set the Transaction Type Field to 2 To Production.

2. If you are Using Batch Tracking, Complete the Batch and Quantity Issued Fields and Press the Recalculate Production Ticket Button on the Main Toolbar.

3. If you are not Using Batch Tracking, Complete the Inventory and Quantity Issued Fields and Press the Recalculate Production Ticket Button on the Main Toolbar.

Recalculating the production ticket after capturing issues into production, will populate the actual raw materials issued into production on the Work In Progress Input tab.

  • Complete To Finished

INFO: If you set the Auto Issue field on the production template to true, then the issues to finished goods will be auto populated with the quantities specified on the Work In Progress Output tab.

1. To Manually Capture an Issue to Finished Goods, set the Transaction Type Field to 2 To Finished.

2. If you are Using Batch Tracking, Complete the Batch and Quantity Issued Fields and Press the Recalculate Production Ticket Button on the Main Toolbar.

3. If you are not Using Batch Tracking, Complete the Inventory and Quantity Issued Fields and Press the Recalculate Production Ticket Button on the Main Toolbar.

Recalculating the production ticket after capturing issues into finished goods, will populate the actual raw materials issued into production on the Work In Progress Input tab.
If using Batch Tracking - Fill in batch no and Quantity Scanned THEN recalculate PT.

If not using Batch Tracking, fill in inventory item and Quantity Scanned THEN recalculate PT.

This populates WIP out canned lines areas and fills all Quantities.
