1. Navigation → Documents → Processing and select the processing document type required (Example: Quotations).
2. A list view will open up on right side of screen displaying all current documents in the system. Double click to open the required document.
3. Select Tasks tab.
4. Select Add New icon for new task.
5. Capture task details.
6. If required a Task Description can be captured on the far right of screen.
7. Save using the save icon or CTRL + S or CTRL + Enter to save and close.
